How long are my reward points valid?
Your reward points are valid for 24 months from the date you earn them. After 24 months, unused points will expire.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Yes! You can redeem your points as a Gift Voucher and transfer them to friends, family, or colleagues. They can use it for any trip with MR. Travel Zone.
Can I cash out my reward points?
No, reward points cannot be exchanged for cash. However, they hold full value (LKR 100 per 100 points) for travel bookings and partner services.
Can I combine rewards with promotional discounts?
Reward points cannot be combined with heavy promotional discounts. However, you can use them for regular bookings or special offers.
What if my trip gets cancelled?
Points are only credited for completed trips. If a trip is cancelled, no points will be awarded. Refunds are handled separately.
How do I redeem my points?
Simply WhatsApp us and let us know how you’d like to redeem. We’ll process it within 24 hours.

- Membership Activation: To qualify and activate the membership, first-time customers must send a WhatsApp message to 077 159 5888 in the following format:
“Hi, My name is [Your Name]. I would like to join MR. TRAVEL ZONE rewards program.”
To earn points for a recent trip, the membership must be activated within 3 days of the trip date. Once activated, points will accumulate automatically for all future travel. - Earning Points: Points are earned only for completed and paid trips. Payment must be received in full for points to be credited.
- Validity: Reward points are valid for 24 months from the earning date.
- Redemption: Points can be used for MR. Travel Zone services and partner redemptions. Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Exclusions: Points cannot be combined with heavy promotional discounts.
- Account Limits: Strictly one reward account per WhatsApp number.
- Processing Time: Points are credited within 24 hours of trip completion.
- Program Changes: MR. Travel Zone reserves the right to modify the program with 30 days’ notice.
