Payment Schedule

Step 1 β Booking Deposit: A 25% advance deposit is required after you approve your itinerary and we confirm availability. This deposit allows us to secure your accommodation, transportation, activities, and other travel arrangements.
Booking Confirmation: Once the 25% deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed within 36 hours, subject to supplier availability. If we are unable to confirm your requested arrangements, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Final Balance: The remaining 75% balance is due 14 days prior to the tour start date.
Bookings Within 14 Days: For bookings made less than 14 days before the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Visa Processing: We strongly recommend applying for your entry visa immediately after receiving your booking confirmation. Visa fees and any third-party visa processing charges are payable separately and may be non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy

- 30+ days prior to start date: Refund of amounts paid, less any actual non-refundable administrative, accommodation, transportation, activity, or supplier charges.
- 15β29 days prior to start date: Cancellation charges may apply, with up to 50% of the total tour cost being retained depending on supplier policies.
- Less than 15 days prior to start date: Cancellation charges may be up to 100% of the total tour cost, depending on actual supplier cancellation policies.
- No-Shows: Non-refundable.
Note: Cancellation refunds are subject to the actual cancellation and refund policies of hotels, transport providers, airlines, attractions, and other third-party suppliers. Any non-refundable supplier charges will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
All bookings are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
