- Any toll charges, parking fees, or special requests will be clarified before the journey.

3. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made at the end of the trip unless otherwise agreed.
- The agreed price remains final once confirmed before the journey.
4. Cancellations
- Customers are requested to inform us as early as possible for cancellations.
- Late cancellations may incur a reasonable charge depending on distance and preparation.
5. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
MR. Travel Zone is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather conditions
- Road closures
- Flight delays (unless prior notice is given)
We always aim to provide timely service but cannot control external factors.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers agree to:
- Treat drivers respectfully
- Avoid carrying illegal or dangerous items
- Avoid damaging the vehicle
Any intentional damage to the vehicle may result in compensation charges.
7. Safety
Safety is our priority.
MR. Travel Zone reserves the right to refuse or cancel a trip if safety concerns arise.
8. Modifications
